Pulling out some huge zucchini like this 3.5lb beauty.
#1 Zucchini lasagna. per this recipe. one big zuke is all that is needed for a tray. Not exactly healthy but it sure was tasty.

#2 Zucchini kabob. brush on olive oil mixed with garlic, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Grill. I like to also sprinkle on some Cajun seasoning.

#5Chocolate Zucchini Cake. Discussed in this post. Chocolate zucchini cupcakes with hops. just don't add the hops and put it in a tray.
Hi Mike, My zuchinni didn't do well this year...or last. I think i am getting some kind of bugs in the vine. Next year I am going to put lots of diatomacious earth around the vine. Thanks for the recipes!

Good luck with them. I feel that they are usually space well used. Though I did have a few die on me this year also in a more moist shady part of the yard. Of course you only one plant to do well to get more then you need.
