Flour tortillas from scratch recipe

1.5 cup flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
Add 3 tbsp canola oil and stir. Will have chunks of oil.
Add 1/2 cup warm water slowly while stirring.
Allow it to sit briefly until cool. Then roll it into a ball and cut into 8 pieces.
Coat each 8th with flour roll thin.
Fry on high heat quickly flip one time
