Instapot deep-dish pizza or maybe calzone

Here is the draft experimental protocol for InstaPot pizza.



As toxik0n stated on reddit: Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether they could, they didn't stop to think if they should.

Ingredients
Pizza dough (Trader joes in this case) 
Provolone cheese 6oz
canned pizza sauce
Oregano
Salt 
Pepper 
Topings (in this case olives, pepperoni and 
Olive oil

Hardware
Glass Pyrex dish that fits in instapot
aluminum foil

Methods:
Assembly:
apply thin layer of olive oil to dish
roll out dough and place in dish
add provolone to base saving two pieces for over sauce
add toppings


Add a thin layer of sauce on top of the toppings along with oregano, salt, pepper
another layer of cheese
fold over remaining dough

Cooking
put 2 cups water in instapot and the bottom rack
cover "pizza" in foil
cook for 15 min on manual setting
vent immediatly

It will come out as weird steamed dough
Briefly cook in a pan with olive oil on medium heat
